DWR-932C, Problem with the Battery LED
« on: December 29, 2016, 02:25:14 PM »

Recently, I've encountered a problem with the wireless router "Dlink DWR-932C".
The Battery LED is always blinking with purple color which means it received an SMS, but it does not show the SMS in the inbox. I also deleted all the SMSs in the inbox, and reset the device, but it is still blinking in purple (When I use another Sim card the LED blinks in the normal color). How can I fix this problem?

I would review the user manual and see if there is any information on this. If not, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
