POE problem

Hi,

I bought D-Link DCS-2110 but the PoE is not working! It is attached to a D-Link DGS-1008P PoE enabled switch, but no power. I have used different UTP cables even tried it on another PoE enabled switch but no luck. Anyone have an idea what the problem is?
