I want to host 2 to 3 servers with applications.

I can directly connect them to INTERNET and access remotely. But it's direct.
Wanted to connect from remote location via VPN.

Client* ( remote location with vpn connection to router Z ) -----internet -----> Router Z (VPN server) ----LANand/orWifi----> Server A, Server b, Server c

* I do not want any client software in Client machiene, it should be simple VPN connection as in windows.

Which Dlink model will support this ? I want to buy and implement, can't decide the model.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. There is the DIR-880L with Quick VPN:

I'd ask them now many VPN clients it can handle. Ask them about any other VPN Server supporting models as well.
We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
