Demoted my DIR-636L from DHCP server/PPoE connect router as access point which is connected to the DIR-880L with DIR-636L has fixed IP address even though DIR-880L has reserved its IP before.  Problem is after removing the DIR-636l, register it only my Dlink but after setting up my DIR-880L and putting static IP address on DIR-636L with no DHCP server set, I get "cannot log-in" error in myDlink registration.  Any troubleshoooting guide?  My provided changed the IP address from 180.191.xx.xx to 10.xx.xx.xx.  Maybe this is the reason why but don't know how to resolve it.  Is there a wizard I can use like camera which can be detected in myDlink even though I have 10.xx.xx.xx address? Thanks.

Do you have the DIR-636L connected via LAN wire using the LAN connections as seen here?
Turning a router into an AP.

If so, then MDL services are not supported using this method.
