5010l horrible frame rates

Used to be fast 20+ fps through my dlink app Android. Now locks up with barely 3fps reported. My dlink app 3.2.2.
Tested multiple Android devices.

It appeared to be my 4g connection.  :( my 5222l was also lousy.
