Album covers in the Sharecenter

Hello,

I have a trouble with the album covers in the Sharecenter. I have a lot of music albums, and for some of them, after adding the folder in the multimedia service, I can see the album cover. But for a lot of album i cannot see the album cover.
How does it work to have the album cover  (size of the picture ?  name of it ? Using a special TAG ?)
