Video Recording does not work on Android App

I've been having success with the Android version of the app.  Taking snapshots are working, but if I try and take a video is creates a file that is 261 bytes, but no video is recorded.  I've tried recording the video for a few seconds, and several minutes with the same results.

I've also tried while connected via my DLink account as well as not.  My cam does not have an SD card installed, but that shouldn't matter as it is saving to the phone; correct?

Any ideas out there?  ???
