Refreshing of Media Library Stopped at 40%... Please help.

Hi Guys,

Media refreshing has been working for me until a few days ago when it just stopped at 40%. I've tried switching from FW 1.02 to 1.04 but the problem remains.

Can anyone please advise what I can do to remedy the situation?
