I upgraded my three 5020L to this new firmware and also to Java 8 update 31.  When using mydlink lite, if you tap the bottom line of the image screen a yellow circle appeared briefly followed by a sort of picture in picture screen appearing on the top left corner. From there you can pan and tilt freely. The camera control button shows no immediate response except for home. I have yet to check if there is any video stream lost problem.
