DGS-1510-28 Interface Counters - SNMPv2 - CACTI Error

Hi,

As in http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=30932, I also get "No SNMP data returned" when configuring CACTI to get interface statistics in my switches. This problem occurs both on SNMP v2 and v3.  If I choose SNMP v1 instead, I get the interface results. But the problem is: SNMP v1 doesn't contain 64bits counters (Counter64) and is almost useless to count traffic on 1Gbit and 10Gbit ports. Is there anyone else with same problem? How can I solve this or get a workaround?

You may need to phone contact D-Link support and ask about this.
We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try local D'Link Support (Brazil). But I decided to post in this forum cause monitoring with CACTI (or Zabbix) is really common with this kind of equipment.  Maybe someone suffered with the same problem ;)

Of course. The forum is a great place to post however the DGS series forums don't get much frequent postings so the reason why I suggested phone contacting support. It maybe a while to get any response here. Hope someone can help you.
