DNR-202L UK availability?

I have a few DCs-930L and 932L cameras. Work well with my iPhone for viewing. I didn't know about this DNR-202L device to record streams until today. I've started to investigate recording of my cameras to a NAS but don't think it's possible.

The trouble is I can't find the DNR-202L for sale in UK. Is it a USA only device?
