Firmware upgrade

Hi guys! I've had this device for 2 years already and I don't know why I only cared to look for firmware upgrades now.

I'm still not sure about something. I have version 1.01 and I have fun_plug w/ transmission and btsync installed. Will I lose all of that and reconfigure again everything after upgrading? or it will still work like nothing happened? or are there any risk if I upgraded my firmware given that I have those tweaks installed?
