I have the 860l router and just downloaded the shareport app, so I can get access to a USB-stick which is connected to the router. Via Wifi I have no problem but how do you get access via the internet (3G). According the setup guide there should be a 'remote access' tab. But there is not (downloaded vs 1.11.0.26). It does has a tab MYDLINK ACCOUNT LOGIN which a filled in btw. But I'm unable to get access to the USB-stick via 3G. Is there a solution?

What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.

What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
