DCS-5020L motion detection not working

Hi!

I bought a DCS-5020L two weeks ago and configured the motion detection also at 95% sensitivity with only the nine central squares selected but nothing happens. It only worked the very first time, it sends me a mail with a picture, when I activated the motion detection.
I tried to shut down and restart the camera several times but it never worked.
Firmware is the latest, of course.
