With regards to login/access via the weblink (country).mydlink.com/

Why does the system "lock-up" / freeze when trying to download a folder (A music folder containing 3 seperate folders (CD's) = total file size approx 540mb)

Why does the system also need to zip the folder before downloading?

Why does the system then leave the said zip file on the NAS?

In identifying the above I was connected to my nephews laptop via TeamViewer to check the current issues being experienced by others regarding the Uplayer issue.  On said laptop Chrome worked with the Uplayer plugin but created the above issues whilst IE (version 11) would not accept the Uplayer even though it was installed (and shown as an extension/addon in IE) but requested it to be installed and on clicking the blue link button the link froze (no download).
