Hi JavaLawyer,

The DCS-5222L B1 is still slow after the FW upgrade
1. The wifi is still slow when viewing the live feed (When the Rev A was on the same spot, i had no issue with live streaming)
2. H.264 is still not supported by the DNS-320L even after the new FW applied on both of them (see my response on that forum for specifics)

Not sure if it hardware related or not, but unfortunately I won't be able to have it check for warranty since it was bought by my brother in SG nut I'm currently in PH.

Hoping the they fix the wifi issue since that is one of the selling point the camera.

I just bought 2 unit of DCS-5222LB1, both upgraded to firmware 2.03.

The video stream lost issue happen after a while. I can still access the camera settings over browser though. My camera connection over Wi-Fi to router, have tried all the suggestion from the forum but issue still persist.

It will work if I reboot the camera, however it will stop working again after a while (random length of duration). I have to keep doing reboot which is a pain !!!

Please help.

You can roll back to the last FW version that worked in your cameras:

Obtaining legacy firmware. You can visit the D-Link Taiwan site in the following post and enter DCS-5222L in the product selection:

Why the hell I did the fw upgrade... did you managed to solve this issue? Seems I'm having the same problem.

Is there someone from DLink monitoring this forum?

I have 2 DCS-5222L cameras at home but I can't use them: there's no way to use the mydlink website with chrome and now even with Internet Explorer it stays forever in "loading". The rare time it connects connection is unstable, flaky and overall unusable (PTZ reacts very slow, framerate is low). I have good stable connections both at both ends. Is there something I can tweak in camera setup to get better performance?

I had to rollback to firmware 2.01.05, since after upgrading cameras were not able to connect to wifi anymore.

I have exactly the same issue with 2 DCS-5222L cameras.
The only difference is that I've never upgraded the firmware (2.03) and that it has working fine while a month...

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
