Can't use RAID1
« on: October 28, 2015, 02:30:21 PM »

Hi there,

Yesterday I purchased DNS-345 and installed two Seagate HDD i had running in DNS-323 as RAID1.
Drives were recognised by my new box but I have two problems:
1. There is no option available to recover my RAID
2. There is no option to reformat them as RAID1
Any advise is appreciated.
Thank you.

The drives need to be formatted I believe using the 345s formatting. I recommend using standard HDD formatting and not use any RAID features unless RAID is really needed.
