DAP-1320 not attributing ip address

Hello,
I recently bought a DAP-1320 as a WIFI extender to my router.
I noticed that when the mobile devices (smartphone & tablet) are disconnected they can't reconnect to the DAP-1320 signal because he won't give a ip address to the devices. The laptops don't have this problem.
I tried to change the channel, the issue still here. Is this related to DHCP ? and who can i fix this please (static IP address for the DAP ?). Thanks

Firmware version : 2.04
Hardware verion : B1
Region : France, Europe
