LAN-LAN routing problem - help needed
« on: January 15, 2010, 03:13:45 AM »

Hello, I'm brand new user of DIR-655 router. I changed my old WTR54G linksys. So i have to establish LAN-LAN routing on d-link, but menu allow me to set routing to WAN port only. There is any workaround or solution in this case?

In fact I have some resources (NAS) which have to be reachable via LAN network from differtent subnet (different gateway).

Could you help me? My old linksys allowed such functionality. If there no possible to set LAN-LAN routing advice me which router shall I choose.

With winter regards from snowy Poland

You need Firefox 3.0x and the unhide fields addon.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2685

Then you can follow this instruction here:

http://lizzi555.dyndns.org/655/StaticRoute.html

Works for the newer firmwares, for older firmwares you have to set a 2 instead of LAN
