DWM156 and Windows 10

I have DWM156 3g Modem. I can not install D-Link Connection Manager on windows 10. It was blocked. How can I resolve it?

This product has been phased out. I recommend getting into something newer generation:

There is not solution for Windows 10 as there are no drivers for Windows 10.
