D-ViewCam iOS compatibility issues

I have D-ViewCam for iOS version 1.8.1.2 installed on my iPhone.  I have several cameras that are recording and I can play them back successfully through the app.  The app is hooked up to DNR-322L running firmware 2.40.

All my cameras record and play back successfully.  However, the following model cameras does not show a preview once you open the iOS app.

DCS-5222LB with firmware 2.13
DCS-2330L with firmware 1.12

Is there something I can configure on the cameras or the DNR to have it preview properly in the D-ViewCam app?

Try testing one camera being online at a time to see if the app is working. Turn off ALL other cameras and test one at a time.
I don't have your same model cameras or the 322L as I have the 202L and a DCS-933L and all is working with my app on my phone.
Is this testing on the LAN side while your at home?
What Mfr and model# router are you using?

Seems like I figured it out.  Strange as it is, the camera password has to be 15 characters or less, with no special characters in it for it to work.
