Greetings from Singapore!

I changed the gateway to Quintum and it is working beautifully for the last 2 months.

There is no complaint on the sound quality. For 3-way calls, i had tried one external and two internal only without any sound quality issue.

The model is 501-1204-RP. FYI, the main reason for me to try Quintum is to resolve drop call issue.

Also, you may be able to improve the sound quality by changing the speed to 30ms instead of the default 20ms. But you may notice a little delay.

That is definitely a consideration as we are having analog quality issues as well.  Adjustments to the gateway settings do not make any significant different, I think it is just poor design.  We currently use a Quintum box to provide FXS ports for integration into a door speaker and cordless analog device.  It works great, going to check with them on using this gateway as well to replace the Dlink.  This Dlink gw may end up on ebay in the near future.
