Heater triggers PIR?
« on: November 28, 2016, 12:26:36 AM »

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my 2332L camera. The temperatures outside are below 1 °C.
Every time when the heater switched on, the camera detects a PIR event.

3.   2016-11-28 09:15:55 SYSTEM SET HEATER HOLD
4.   2016-11-28 09:15:49 SYSTEM SET HEATER HOLD
5.   2016-11-28 09:11:55 SYSTEM SET HEATER OFF
6.   2016-11-28 09:09:28 SYSTEM SET HEATER HOLD
7.   2016-11-28 09:09:22 SYSTEM SET HEATER HOLD

My camera is connect with a Synology Surveillance Station 8 Beta (new with PIR support). Firmware = 1.07.
Do you have an idea, what I can do?

It's possible. I have not tested pir motion with a 2330l and its heater.

What is "driggers"? Did you mean Triggers?

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
