This doesn't make sense. The ISP is either PPPoE or Dynamic. Not sure how it can do both. Within PPPoE, you can have a dynamic connection (by default) or a Static. How do you access the folder? Is it just a URL?

Is it just a URL?I can access folder by Right Clicking on desktop (Windows)>new >shortcutin the shortcut location I give address \\192.168.100.254 . Done.But after switching to this DLINK router I am not able to access this address.
D-Link routers use 192.168.0.1 so try 192.168.0.254?
