I have both DCS-2132L (firmware 1.07.01) and a DCS-2330L (firmware 1.12.00) cameras working on the same network. All of the settings for Image, Audio and Video, Motion Detection, and Event Setup are identical. I am sending email via ICloud and receiving it through my Gmail account. Email notify works for the 2330L, but no emails get through when motion is detected on the 2132L. The 2132L log shows that there was a motion trigger event. An email Test on the 2132L returns "Test OK", but no verification of it is received. If I change the 2132L to send and receive email via ICloud it works. I would prefer having to look in one email account for notifications. Anyone have this experience or suggestions on what to try?

  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

What happens if you turn OFF the 2330L and let the 2132L run and test. Any differences?

Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com

Try to update latest one (1.08) and report your experience here. Iam also interested to hear your test results about that FW.
