Welcome!- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
With a wired LAN PC, can you factory reset the DWR router and gain access it it's default web page at all using IE11 or FF?
Press the reset button for 10 seconds then let go.
Be sure you are pressing the reset button and not the WPS button if this router supports it.
Review the user manual for default router web page address and log in information.
If the router fails to come to ready and you can't access the router, the router maybe faulty.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
