Trying to revert firmware but Upgrade screen won't load

I made the mistake of upgrading to 1.10, and immediately experienced a bunch of problems - many of them in the router management pages. I want to revert to 1.09, but the Upgrade screen will not fully load for me - only the top portion (where it tells you what the Upgrade screen is for). Any ideas for how to resolve, or did I brick it?

  • What region are you located?

Follow this to downgrade:
Link> >FW Update Process
Use FF is best. Be sure to clear browser caches before and after sending the FW file.
