The time approximate for the repair is even less that the time taken from the manifestation of the problem til taking the corrective measures after an individual user spent first several hours to proove it is a common issue, and then still some more to find out a problem excalation method which woud be more efficient than the phone support who is not even getting back... We should be happy and thankful for this efficiency index.
So is the app working on 4G cell service?
