To preface, getting this camera setup has been an enormous pain. The mydlink app consistently fails both android and iOS devices. But I digress...
After I managed to (I think?) bind the camera to my mydlink account, I was informed it needed a firmware update. I gave it the go ahead and waited. A few minutes later the status LED on the back of the camera began blinking red then green, this was followed by my phone saying that the firmware update had failed.
The camera is no longer connected to my router and is now broadcasting the SSID rescueCam-XXXX. I can connect to the network, but it's unclear how to proceed from here; I've tried to connect to 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 via browser and ssh to no avail.
I assume the camera isn't bricked and that there's some means of rescuing which, sadly, is not documented in the manual. Any advice?
