Video Stream Lost Error. Request for help from experts

Would like an ENGINEERING LEVEL answer, not just bunch of things to try and needless steps. It has the LATEST firmware. Having me specify the exact revision number doesn't help solve the problem at all. Instead its busy work stalling for lack of an answer. What is the CORE problem?

BTW the cam is still taking motion detection pictures and emailing them to me. It is still connected on mydlink. Just I cannot stream live video via the app or via the mydlink website using PC. Cam ha a reserved IP address. Model is 942L. This is occuring on 2 of them. Others have no problem.

Need  intelligent answer instead of the runaround. Examples router QOS? Distance of camera? DLINK flaw?
