I got a DIR-825 B1, saved a configuration, upgraded to 2.02NA.  The firmware upgrade page counted down from 180 to 87 where it froze.  ie froze as well.  I let it run overnight then rebooted everything from my computer to the cable modem.  The network runs fine, including internet.  The loginpage saysit's running 2.02NA.  I tried admin with no password and admin with the old password I put in and neither one works.  Is there a new password to login with 2.02NA?  Thanks.

It should revert to UID:  admin with the PW:  "blank"

Worst case, reset the router via the physical reset button on the back (paperclip depress for 10 seconds) and allow it to reboot and try the above uid/pw again.

Good luck,

Well, it went from bad to worse.  All lights out except for dlink blinking blue and power blinking orange.  Spent an hour with TS, no resurrection.  It gets exchanged today.

Did the exchange resolve your issue?

By exchange I meant return the bad model and get a new one.  The new one is working fine (knock on wood!)  I followed the directions to get 300 mb/s - where can I read the speed from?
