cannot access web admin

Hi,

recently purchased 2 x dcs 2530L. I have both running flawlessly connected to my network and both are connected to mydlink account and I can see the camera feed for both. But i was not able to connect to one of the web administration for 1 of the camera. I was able to connect to one of them via web admin but the other one just wont give me a the web login. Please help. what should I do ?

That works for me, are you sure you are trying at the right IP Address?

What region are you located?
What FW is currently loaded on the camera?

What Mfr and Model# is the main host wireless router?
What browser are you using when connecting to the web page? Try other browsers to test.
