Shareport Not Working?

I have a DIR-628 which has a 1.22NA firmware and a USB thumbdrive connected to it... I have installed the PC shareport utility 1.1.0 R1 on two computers. Both of them can't connect with the thumbdrive, I even tried connecting a printer (HP Photosmart C4440). Any solution to this?

Okay my problem is already solved! The Shareport™ is now fully functional. What I did is reset the settings of the router then configure it again using the wizard from the disk included on the router.
