Hello
Anybody know how to assign pins in the selected field to jtag outputs?

Usually we don't have that kind of information here.

Might do a web search.

Doesn't look like JTAG contact location though from your picture and indication.

Those are test points not JTAG. 

As far as I know the board doesn't have a Jtag but it does have a 3.3v serial connector.
