I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

It is a pretty old thread, but just adding update as this one gets listed part of google search results towards the top ... Hoping it would help someone in need ...

Initially I too had little tough time in locating the firmware update. But just go to DLink site and change the Country to relevant option ... here it is India ...

There I could find the page for DIR 600M and firmware is listed on Support tab
