Hi, the switch is working but i cannot find it on the network...with an ip scanner or with the D-Link SmartConsole Utility!!

Does the switch have a non managed mode? I presume if the switch isn't giving off an IP address, something in the switch isn't configured right. Review the user manual to see what the switch is supposed to give off for an IP address and how to configure this...

Did you find a solution for this? I have the same issue with a DGS-1210-52MP.

Ip scanner can't find the switch
D-Link Network assistant can't find the switch

But switch is otherwise fully working.
