help needed please its driving me crazy.
« on: March 04, 2019, 08:35:00 AM »

i have a tp link router vr400 with my nas conected to it all working fine , then decided to get sky q so have new sky q hub i have conected my vr400 to the sky hub via ethernet cable so all my wifi devices and nas conect to vr400 nas works great with tv etc .except the ftp on the nas for my cctv system  and i cannot access the nas outside my vr400, if i conect to the vr400 wifi the address for the nas is 192.168.1.10 if i conect to the sky hub wifi the nas address is 192.168.0.13 ,as for my dns if i use my dns link from the sky hub (xxxxxxxxx.dlinkddns.com) it takes me to my shy hub login page silly bloody thing.
i was going to just conect everything to the sky hub with a switch as sky hub only has 2 ethernet ports but sky ub dosent recognise ny nas at all.

Both Sky Q and TP-Link both are routers. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended.

What happens if you connect ALL devices to the SkyQ router and turn OFF the TP-Link router.
