DIR-1935 - L2TP outgoing not working
« on: September 02, 2019, 10:29:08 AM »

I am trying to setup my Dlink with my ExpressVPN.

I have followed the directions, and setup the L2TP for my Internet Connection - however L2TP will not connect (neither will PPTP).  I am running the latest firmware, and am on Rogers Internet.  As far as I can tell, my Rogers modem is allowing L2TP pass through.  VPN application on my computer works fine.

It appears the connection just never establishes - just shows "connecting" - and then I lose internet.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.
Link> Tech Support Contact Information
We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
