Time Range not working - PoE Port settings
« on: January 08, 2020, 12:32:07 AM »

I have connected a Unifi AC AP Pro to the DGS-1210-10p that is powered by PoE. After setting a pre-defined "time range" on the connected port (the port is set to deliver power between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM).  The first day everything works as it should b,e but the next day the DGS-1210-10P (H/W F1, FW 6-12-B001) doesn't supply any power to Unifi AP Pro. I have tried different settings in the "Poe Port Settings", but nothing seems to work in the long run.
How can I make this work, any ideas?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.
Link> Tech Support Contact Information
We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
