How do I determin physical drive locations

I had a friend bring me his DNS-321 with the hard drives already pulled out. I have mounted them to see their partion layout out. Both have a 539 MB partition that has data on it. One of the 539 MB partitions has some extra directories that the other does not have.

I need to be able to figure out which goes into HDD0 and HDD1 slots before I fire this back up (Don't want the raid to rebuild). What is the best way to go about that?
