I have a D-Link DIR-600M router. I am unable to connect to the internet. I was trying to upgrade the firmware but cannot find any option for the same. My current firmware version is 3.02. What should I do?

• Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
• Has a Factory Reset been performed and walk thru the setup wizard?

• What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
• What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Firmware version 3.02
Location - gurgaon, haryana
Wired- taken a broadband connection
Tried resetting but still not working
DSL connection
Don have any modem connected. The provider said direct broadband cable to router and that will be enough.

• Has a Factory Reset been performed and walk thru the setup wizard? Power OFF the isp modem for 30 seconds and then back ON and let it sync.

Sorry I only have the router at home. No modem that I can reset. Router I did try resetting and doing the setup.]

Can you contact the ISP and have them reset or reboot there switch that the router is connected too? Seems like the router isn't able to get a handshake with there services and needs a reboot on there switch thats somewhere in your building.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.
