Access DNS-320 VB from iphone

Hi there. I appreciate this product is quite old now but have always been able to access it by Android phones. Does anyone know if I am able to access it from an iphone. It keeps asking me for usernames and passwords to access it, but as far as aware I have never setup any form of user accounts and never had to do this with my Android devices. The details to access the Dlink dashboard do not work.
