DIR-867 access
« on: May 17, 2021, 04:54:55 PM »

I can no longer access dlinkrouter.local on my laptop. When I try, I get this:

error resolving "dlinkrouter.local:80""/info/login.html" ("") for "10.238.0.12": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no such record

How can I fix this?

I should add that I use Firefox on Windows 7. I just tried the URL on Chrome and it worked. Any ideas?

Link>Welcome!

  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Can you access the web page at 192.168.0.1?

I should add, this happens with Firefox. I can access the router with Chrome, but I don't much like using that browser.
