2022: How to log intto the portal?

Its now 2022 and seems DLINK cams went the way of the BlackBerry. I want to log into the portal to do a remote reboot of one of my cams.

What works? Which old Windows OS and browser do I need to use now? Seems some of the past workarounds not longer work. Which ones do?

If you are referring to the gen 1 mydlink portal, Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox ESR 52 work.

MSFT Says IE 11 is for W7 only. I'm using W11. Can you confirm if it will work in compatibility mode? OR I need to actually run this on W7?

IE11 is available on Win 8 and 10, not sure about 11. Try firefox 52 esr (turn off auto update after install). The gen 1 cameras/portal use old code and since all the gen 1 cameras are long discontinued and reached end-of-service they will not receive firmware updates unfortunately.

Edge does have IE11 compatibility mode, but I cannot get it to work with the mydlink portal.
