During the last eight months D-Link unable to provide stable firmware!
Almost every week discuss in email or verbal the EU customer support.
I got the new firmware on 08/23/2022. I immediately upgraded the devices with the new firmware.
After a week the system crashed, tried to restart but it was not successful.
I restored formerly saved system settings, and after it, I disconnected the power, and it back to normal.
I should consider replacing the M15 3-pack set with another brand similar 3-pack set eg. ASUS or TP-Link.
