Problem setting up second computer!!

I need help. I own a WBR-1310 router and have my laptop wirelessly hooked up. I also have a desktop Dell Dimension E310 computer that I would also like to set up to run wirelessly. I have tried using the D-link router CD to help figure out how to do this and the PC's wireless connection wizard and am helplessly lost!! The connection wizard asked that I put in a flashdrive to copy down the wireless info settings (I have those) then asked me to put the flashdrive into the wireless access port. I am now lost! Where is the wireless access port?? The CD for the router has instructed me to double click on the wireless zero config tray icon, unfortunately I don't see one. Is it possible that this Dell is not "set-up" for wireless? I don't know how to proceed?? Anyone out there can help me with this?
