We're looking to send out an Engineer to your location. We prefer is a user is located in the west coast, if not please let us know where you're from anyways and we may consider your location if you are willing to have an Engineer do some testing on site at your location (house, office etc)

You must be seeing the WAN slow down, 3-4 day lock up/reboots.
