Vista connecting to wbr-2310

I just bought a dell with vista 64bit. I tried to connect to my wireless network where I have a hard wired computer and a wireless computer both running XP to connected to a WBR-2310. the WBR-2310 is running firm ware ver 1.05 and dell drivers have been updated also. When i try to connect to the network using WAP and am not able to connect. took it to a friends home with a linksys and it worked fine. Please help.
