I have installed a new phone system and most things are working good, but one really big problem that we are having is a call disconnection issue. The big issue that we have is when some on calls in to the office and is picked up by the automated assistant to answer and hangs up, the call doesn't disconnect. Rather the call continues in the system past the auto attendant and then the operator and if we answer it is just dial tone and if it goes to voice mail, we will get three minutes of dial tone until it hits the message time limit. This is a problem because I can get as many as 60+ per day of these phantom calls and fill the voice mail everynight.
What I have done - even though not successful.
1) Reset the DVG-3104MS to factory
2) Added phone service to the DVG-2000MS
3) Reconfigured my TX volume settings
I talked with support and they are attempting to find a pattern of this probelm with Adit 600 units. Any suggestions or people with Adit support contacts?
