While on call others get busy signal

If I'm on a call with this device and another call comes in they get routed to a busy signal.  Is there a way for this to send them to my SKYPE VM instead?  Thanks,

You can set your preferences to send all incoming calls to your voicemail box if you are already talking to someone else. Go to Tools > Voicemail to configure your settings. NB: You should have a subscription to use this feature. Contact Skype for more information.
